Sales Support Administrator
Description
Global Company seek experienced Sales Support Administrator to join busy, professional team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round administrative and customer service support in Operations Department
- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with routine client enquiries
- Dealing with orders received from large retailers, Sainsbury’s, Asda etc and Amazon
- Setting up orders received on the computer system uploading and sending all the product details
- Preparing despatch paperwork and working with external Warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery to client
