As a Sales Secretary of this progressive Company you will be working in a fun and busy environment where your role will be extremely varied.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing extensive secretarial and all round administrative support for busy team of Sales Executives
  • - Preparing a wide range of general documentation including general correspondence, emails, reports and quotations
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers when necessary
  • - Maintaining office stationary supplies, placing orders with suppliers and forwarding invoices on to accounts team
  • - Maintaining manual filing systems and computerised databases ensuring information held is accurate and up to date
  • - Assisting generally in the office with photocopying, shredding, filing, sending faxes and emails
