Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk
Description
One of our favourite clients are seeking a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide general support in their busy Accounts Department.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the Accounts Department with a wide range of tasks
- Inputting both sales and purchase invoices onto the accounts system
- Checking that purchase invoices received match purchase orders raised
- Calling clients when needed to chase overdue payments due
- Ensuring that supplier payments are processed on a weekly basis
- Collating expense claims from staff and processing for payment
