This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to take on a range of responsibilities and join a busy and bustling organisation.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Supporting the Finance Manager with a variety of day to day account and finance activities
  • Providing support with the management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
  • Assisting with the credit control function and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
  • Managing any invoice queries that occur and raising credit notes when needed
  • Reconciling accounts at month-end and year-end and preparing management reports
  • Assisting with the production of profit and loss reports, balance sheet reconciliations and annual budgets
