This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a respected Estate Agency in the local area who are currently expanding, this is an excellent position dealing with “top-end” properties.

Some of your duties will include:

• - Managing a large portfolio of residential properties based throughout Edgware and the surrounding areas
• - Co-ordinating the sale or rental of properties on behalf of clients and conducting valuations
• - Liaising with potential tenants and buyers, establishing requirements and recommending suitable properties
• - Conducting property viewings and negotiating rental or purchase agreements
• - Ensuring that credit checks and reference checks are completed on new tenants
• - Progress chasing purchases from instigation stage through to successful completion
