Description

This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated Sales Ledger Clerk to join an organisation that we have worked with for many years, this is a standalone role where you will have full responsibility for the ledger.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Raising client sales invoices and credit notes and preparing monthly client statements
  • - Allocating payment receipts to sales ledger and reconciling client accounts at month end
  • - Collating daily receipts, preparing payment reports and producing banking documentation
  • - Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email and agreeing repayment schedules
  • - Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • - Assisting with adhoc projects on the Accounts Department as and when needed
