This is a brilliant opportunity within a successful local Company for an ambitious and energetic Sales Ledger Clerk who is seeking a new challenge in the workplace.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Assisting with the day to day management of the Sales Ledger function and minimising debt
  • Costing customer orders that have been processed and preparing client weekly invoices
  • Posting invoices raised to clients account and sending invoices out promptly by email
  • Allocating payments received by cheque and BACs to clients account and reconciling sales ledger
  • Managing any invoice queries that occur, resolving all issues and raising credit notes when needed
  • Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and correspondence
