This much respected local organisation are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk with excellent organisation skills to join their happy and successful team.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Costing jobs that have been completed, raising sales invoices and posting onto accounts system
  • Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports
  • Identifying overdue client accounts and chasing payments by telephone and email
  • Producing debtor reports and forecasts for the management team on a weekly basis
  • Assisting with the purchase ledger function as and when needed
