• Promoting the sale of new properties within a new development area
• Establishing rapport with prospective purchases and establishing client requirement
• Maintaining record of client enquiries and following these up regularly
• Conducting property viewings and maintaining paperwork relating to property reservations
• Following all sales via purchase through from instigation stage through to completion
• Ensuring the marketing suite and show apartment are maintained to a high standard
