An ambitious Client Liaison Assistant is required by this growing organisation to manage client accounts and administer client order requirements.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing client accounts and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to establish their order requirements
  • Ensuring that client orders are processed efficiently and effectively through to delivery stage
  • Proactively calling clients occasionally to promote new products available and managing orders received
  • Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details when required
  • Costing orders that have been processed, raising sales invoices and recording payments received
