This small, niche organisation are currently expanding and requires an efficient Sales Administrator to manage their customer service and order processing function.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Providing all-round support in busy Sales Department and managing client order requirements
  • Processing client orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery into customers Warehouse
  • Managing client orders received by telephone and email and setting up on computer system
  • Ensuring stock is available to meet order requirements and arranging deliveries
  • Proactively calling clients occasionally to promote new products available or to reactivate dormant accounts
  • Maintaining computerised client database, updating details when required and sending out regular mailshots
