Description

A good all-round customer service professional is required for this Sales Administrator position, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing all-round administrative support for the Operations and Project teams
  • - Acting as initial contact for all customer enquiries and providing advice and support
  • - Maintaining salesforce system and updating information held when needed
  • - Supporting event organisation and co-ordinating meeting and conference arrangements
  • - Processing customer orders for consumable products from start to finish
  • - Ensuring that service or maintenance contracts are invoiced in accordance with renewal dates
  • - Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
  • - Co-ordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
  • - Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
  • - Following up on quotations to establish clients interest and managing orders received
