Sales Administrator
Description
A good all-round customer service professional is required for this Sales Administrator position, excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing all-round administrative support for the Operations and Project teams
- - Acting as initial contact for all customer enquiries and providing advice and support
- - Maintaining salesforce system and updating information held when needed
- - Supporting event organisation and co-ordinating meeting and conference arrangements
- - Processing customer orders for consumable products from start to finish
- - Ensuring that service or maintenance contracts are invoiced in accordance with renewal dates
- - Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
- - Co-ordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
- - Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
- - Following up on quotations to establish clients interest and managing orders received
