This is a fantastic opportunity for an Sales Administrator to join a friendly and professional local organisation which is offering long term prospects and excellent career progression for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in a busy Sales Department
  • Managing customer orders received via telephone and processing orders through to successful delivery
  • Working closely with team to ensure orders are processed promptly and dealing with any delivery issues
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure stock is always available to meet sales demands
  • Raising customer invoices and recording payments received onto the accounts system
  • Maintaining customer details on internal database system and updating information held when necessary
