Rental Administrator
Description
If you enjoy being busy and have strong customer services skills then this Rental Administrator position is going to be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing the efficient day to day operation of the hire desk and providing an excellent service
- - Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
- - Managing orders received from clients for the hire of vehicles and drivers
- - Optimising the utilisation of the hire fleet and monitoring stock levels
- - Liaising with suppliers to place purchase orders for new equipment requirements
- - Collating timesheets for drivers, checking they were correct and forwarding to payroll for processing
