Recruitment Manager
Description
An experienced professional is required for this Recruitment Manager position, it’s a fast paced role and will provide you with real job fulfilment.
Some of your duties will include:
- Organising the recruitment process for all care and support service workers
- Building a pool of efficient care staff and on-boarding new employers
- Maintaining and updating HR database and recording absence and training information
- Resourcing and recruiting staff from instigation stage through to appointment
- Producing offer letters, contracts, new starter paperwork and medical questionnaires
- Completing reference and DBS checks and co-ordinating new employee inductions
