A Professional front of house Receptionist with good secretarial skills is required by this prestigious organisation, you will love this role if you enjoy variety.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff members
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
  • Assisting employees with telephone system and coordinating repairs for telephone faults
  • Managing the collection and return of keys for the hospitality suites being used
  • Maintaining database record of recipients of weekly and fortnightly Company magazine
