Are you at the start of your career as a Receptionist? This could be the perfect role for you! You will be joining a hardworking team who really work hard but equally enjoy having fun.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing all round secretarial and administrative support for the management team
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers if needed
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including general correspondence, reports and quotations
  • - Maintaining office stationary supplies, placing orders with suppliers and forwarding invoices on to the accounts team
  • - Distributing incoming post to correct member of staff and franking outgoing post on a daily basis
  • - Managing busy diary schedules, co-ordinating meetings and sending out reminder emails to participants
