If you are a professional front of house person, then this Receptionist/Secretary position with a high administration content could be the perfect career move for you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff member
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including standard correspondence
  • - Managing diary schedules for the legal team and arranging client appointments
  • - Controlling stationery and office supplies, purchasing new requirements and processing for payment
  • - Managing GDPR policy and ensuring all records are maintained correctly
