Description

A good all rounder is required to manage the front of house area in a very successful organisation, so if you are a Receptionist / Administrator wanting a responsible role this could be for you.

 Some of your duties will include:

 Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival

  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
  • - Liaising with clients in order to chase them for their account records
  • - Setting up meeting rooms for meetings and arranging refreshments
  • - Managing stationery supplies and ordering new stock when required
