Receptionist/Administrator
Description
A highly motivated Receptionist with good administration experience is required by this brand new local organisation who need extra support in their busy office, this is an exciting role where no two days will be the same.
Some of your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting members in the reception area and welcoming to the facility
- Answering incoming telephone calls and providing information on services provided
- Taking bookings for services, recording details on computer system and adding to the diary schedule
- Maintaining membership details on the computer system and updating information held when needed
- Promoting the sale of membership packages and services to potential members at all opportunities
- Processing membership payments received and recording details on the accounts system
