This established and independent local Company are currently seeking an efficient and professional Receptionist with good administration skills to manage their front of house function.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing the front of house function and providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Greeting visitors, completing visitors book and announcing their arrival to the relevant person
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, assisting with general enquiries and transferring calls when necessary
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, emails and presentation material
  • Purchasing stationary requirements and office supplies, processing invoices for payment
  • Sorting incoming post, distributing to relevant person and franking outgoing post on a daily basis
