This is a great opportunity for hardworking Receptionist with strong administrator skills to join a thriving local business, the role would suit someone who is easily motivated and able to represent the organisation in a professional manner.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors to the Company and completing visitors book
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with general enquiries
  • - Carrying out day to day administrative requirements for the senior management team
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence reports and presentations
  • - Maintaining client database records and updating information held when needed
  • - Receiving parcels and deliveries, franking outgoing post and arranging special deliveries
