Purchasing Administrator
Description
If you are a Purchasing Administrator at the start of your career and would like to join a small organisation where you will be a big fish in a small sea then this is the position for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Purchasing materials and equipment required to complete projects being completed
- - Monitoring stock levels and ensuring there is an adequate supply of materials
- - Raising purchase order documentation and placing orders with nominated suppliers
- - Tracking orders from placement stage through to delivery into the Warehouse
- - Checking delivery notes against purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
- - Sourcing new suppliers when needed and negotiating favourable terms of business
