Description

An experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to manage supplier accounts within a small, progressive local organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger function and processing timely supplier payments
  • Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes and purchase order documentation
  • Forwarding invoices to relevant line Manager to obtain payment approval
  • Allocating nominal codes to invoices and inputting onto the accounts system
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
  • Managing any payment queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolve
