This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and hardworking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a highly enthusiastic and supportive team of professionals, excellent prospects are available to the right person.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing the purchase ledger function and ensuring the efficient processing of supplier invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes, allocating nominal codes and posting invoices on purchase ledger
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing monthly cheque and BACs supplier payments
  • Monitoring direct debit, standing orders and other payment schedules processed on the bank account
  • Reconciling ledger at month-end and year-end and preparing up to date creditor reports
  • Maintaining filing system holding copies of all invoices which have been processed and paid
