If you are an accounts professional who has worked in the property sector then this role as an Assistant Accountant could suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of the finance and accounts function
- Working for Property Managers and clients in respect of accounting processes
- Preparing annual service charge budgets and issuing demands to tenants
- Completing monthly bank reconciliation and investigating any anomalies that occur
- Producing monthly management report and issuing details to clients
- Preparing annual accounts for audits including collating all supporting documentation
