This role is perfect for a highly organised and efficient Project Co-ordinator looking to take the next step in their career, excellent prospects are available for the right person in this expanding local organisation.



Some of your duties will include:


  • Supporting the Project Manager with a variety of day to day administrative and project management tasks
  • Setting up projects to be completed on the computer system and updating details as jobs progress
  • Ensuring Site Workers have the correct materials and equipment needed to complete project
  • Co-ordinating employee training requirements and organising work schedules to book staff onto training courses
  • Tracking progress of projects being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
  • Collating time sheets on a weekly basis from Site Workers and inputting details onto payroll system
