Some of your duties will include:


  • Reporting to the Practice Manager and assisting with the management of the office
  • Carrying out reception duties, welcoming visitors and announcing their arrival
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, establishing callers requirement and transferring to relevant staff member
  • Administering meeting rooms, managing bookings received and co-ordinating meeting rooms
  • Organising monthly/quarterly events and sending out invitations to staff members
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring that expenditure is monitored
