Description

 

Expanding local Company need a Planning Administrator, you will need a strong work ethic and determination in return there will be the opportunity to progress.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing all round administrative support within busy construction planning office
  • - Ensuring computer system is updated with information on jobs being processed on a daily basis
  • - Liaising with management team to obtain update of work being completed and recording on system
  • - Collating information and submitting quotations to clients when required
  • - Inputting job data onto various operational performance trackers for management team
  • - Communicating and confirming dates for visits with external Contractors and internal teams
