If you are at the top of your game and are seeking a Director level Personal Assistant role, then is the job for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing executive secretarial and PA support for the Managing Director
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Managing busy diary schedule, arranging meetings and preparing required paperwork
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, dealing with general enquiries
- Maintaining administration systems both manual and computerised
- Liaising with clients and managing any account queries that arise
