If you are looking of a fabulous secretarial role then this position for a Personal Assistant with one of our favourite clients is going to be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support for the Senior Partner
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Managing diary schedule, arranging appointments and making best use of Partners time
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails, managing routine enquiries where possible
- Registering and deregistering clients on computerised database and updating when needed
- Greeting clients attending meetings and ensuring that Boardroom is set up
