A really successful, local organisation is looking for a Payment Team Leader to oversee the production of their accounts receivable function.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the sales ledger function and supervising team of twelve staff members
• Training and developing team to ensure that individual KPIs are met and exceeded
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring reports for optimum performance and engagement
• Ensuring that the sales ledger function is managed effectively and invoices raised promptly
• Overseeing the production of PAYE and CIS payrolls for contract workers
• Monitoring client payments, preparing debtor reports and managing credit control function
