Description

This very progressive and successful local organisation requires a Payroll Manager to manage the payroll function from instigation point through to final production and staff payment.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Managing wages function from instigation point through to successful employee payment delivery
  • - Preparing monthly payroll, setting up starters and leavers on the system and processing P45s and P46s
  • - Completing all statutory PAYE deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, sickness and holiday pay
  • - Preparing wage slips and producing BACS payment reports for Finance Manager to approve
  • - Reconciling payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC
  • - Managing any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved
