Payroll Administrator
Description
A bright and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator is required to join a very established business and provide support with the management and production of their monthly payroll.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ensuring the timely and accurate inputting of payroll data onto outsourced payroll
- Acting as key central liaison point between HR, finance and external payroll system
- Ensuring relevant payroll information is collated and duly authorised colleague’s payroll
- Maintaining accurate employee and payroll manual and computerised records
- Dealing with routine enquiries from employers and resolving all issues
- Producing monthly finance system control account reconciliations and reports
