Payroll & Accounts Assistant

If you are seeking a position with a small, successful organisation then this Account Assistant role could be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with production of the staff payroll and supporting the accounts functions
- Setting up new starters on payroll system and processing leaver documentation
- Collating hours worked by staff and preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Running monthly staff payroll and processing holiday and sickness payments
- Administering Company pension scheme and ensuring corporate compliance
- Assisting with the sales ledger function and chasing overdue client payments
