Payments Manager
Description
If you have payroll and accounts supervisory experience then this role as a Payments Manager will really be ideal for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing the payroll department and managing team of ten payroll staff
- - Supporting, coaching and mentoring team for optimum performance and engagement
- - Dealing with any performance issues and implementing annual appraisal process
- - Reviewing, monitoring and improving process and procedures to ensure legislation correspondence
- - Processing payments for contract workers utilising both PAYE and CIS system
- - Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and payrolls are processed effectively
