If you have payroll and accounts supervisory experience then this role as a Payments Manager will really be ideal for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Managing the payroll department and managing team of ten payroll staff
  • - Supporting, coaching and mentoring team for optimum performance and engagement
  • - Dealing with any performance issues and implementing annual appraisal process
  • - Reviewing, monitoring and improving process and procedures to ensure legislation correspondence
  • - Processing payments for contract workers utilising both PAYE and CIS system
  • - Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and payrolls are processed effectively
