This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Order Processor Administrator with good computer skills to join a successful organisation which has been established in the local area for many years.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Taking orders from customers over the telephone and inputting details onto computer system
  • Checking stock is available to meet customer order requirements and co-ordinating delivery schedules
  • Working closely with team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and dealing with any problems regarding deliveries
  • Costing orders processed and raising client sales invoices once order has been dispatched
  • Updating CRM database system daily with new client details and amending information held when necessary
  • Providing a professional service at all times in order to develop strong business relationships
