Business Administration Manager
Description
If you are a strong organiser with a wealth of business knowledge then this role as Business Administration Manager may well suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing all areas of operations and improving business administration processes
- - Supervising customer service, sales administration, helpdesk and stock management functions
- - Managing up to thirty staff members and providing support and training as needed
- - Monitoring major client accounts and conducting quarterly review meetings
- - Supporting the sales team and developing sales administration processes to improve systems
- - Ensuring that helpdesk function operates efficiently and managing escalated customer service issues
