Description

If you are a good all round Office Administrator with good export and customer service experience then this will be the perfect position for you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Supporting the Managing Director with day to day management of Sales Department
  • Processing customer export orders from instigation through to delivery
  • Obtaining costs from Shipping Companies for deliveries to Far East and USA
  • Preparing the required export documentation needed to accompany client orders
  • Ensuring that customer clearance paperwork is produced and issued to Shipping Companies
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements for the Managing Director including obtaining relevant visa’s
