Office Manager
Description
If you are an Office Manager with strong administration and organisational skills then this role will be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Supporting the Managing Director with the day to day management of the office
- - Managing MD’s diary schedule and organising travel requirements
- - Welcoming new clients and setting up account on the computer system
- - Maintaining client database records and updating details held when needed
- - Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating costs with suppliers
- - Administering contracts with telecom suppliers, IT support Company and cleaning providers
