If you are an Office Manager with strong administration and organisational skills then this role will be perfect for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Supporting the Managing Director with the day to day management of the office
  • - Managing MD’s diary schedule and organising travel requirements
  • - Welcoming new clients and setting up account on the computer system
  • - Maintaining client database records and updating details held when needed
  • - Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating costs with suppliers
  • - Administering contracts with telecom suppliers, IT support Company and cleaning providers
