This is a great role for a diligent and reliable Office Manager with strong secretarial skills who is able to assist a Director with the day to day management of a small office.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Managing the day to day office function and providing PA support for the Director
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
  • - Managing Director’s diary schedule and arranging internal/external meetings
  • - Preparing and issuing complex contractual documentation for Contractors employed
  • - Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
  • - Managing HR process and assisting with the recruitment of IT contract professionals
