This is a brilliant opportunity for an efficient Office Administrator with a confident attitude to join a small local organisation and manage the day to day office function.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Assisting with the day to day management of administrative and customer service requirements
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, dealing with client enquiries and transferring callers if necessary
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, quotations and proposals
  • Assisting with the management of client projects by conducting some research work and sourcing materials
  • Managing invoice function and processing client payments received
  • Maintaining computerised database records and updating details held when needed
