Office Administrator
Description
If you have good all-round office skills and a strong customer service ethos then this position for an Administrator will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support for team of commercial insurance brokers
- Dealing with all types of insurance with an emphasis on property owners
- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries
- Co-ordinating client meetings and preparing paperwork required by team
- Completing research for team, conducting Insurance Co’s and obtaining quotations
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including client proposals
