Description

If you are an Office Administrator with all round reception and secretarial skills this could be the perfect job for you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing a wide range of secretarial and administrative support in the office
  • - Preparing correspondence, reports, presentation material and meeting agendas
  • - Managing diary schedules for use of meeting rooms, taking bookings and preparing paperwork
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers appropriately to relevant staff member
  • - Raising client invoices, recording details of payments received and chasing overdue accounts
  • - Dealing with facility requirements and arranging property repairs and maintenance when needed
