Description

If you are have good customer service skills and are seeking a role as an Office Administrator we would highly recommend this position

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing administrative and customer service support in busy sales office
  • - Managing a high volume of incoming calls from customers on a daily basis
  • - Dealing with enquiries in relation to services provided and providing information
  • - Establishing client’s requirement and preparing written proposals and quotations
  • - Managing client order requirements and setting up jobs on computer system
  • - Scheduling jobs to be completed and allocating work to team of operatives
