Marketing Secretary
Description
This role is perfect for a highly organised and professional Marketing Secretary who is looking for a new role in an exciting industry with an employer who we have worked with for several years.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive secretarial and PA support for a small team of busy Marketing Managers
- Managing busy diary schedules and co-ordinating internal and external meetings with clients
- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and taking messages when appropriate
- Managing meeting room diary schedule, preparing agendas and attending meetings when required to take minutes
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, emails, reports & meeting agendas
- Sorting incoming post, distributing to correct staff member and franking outgoing post on a daily basis
