Some of your duties will include:

• Reporting to the Senior Lettings Negotiator and managing relationships with tenants and landlords
• Registering applicants seeking rental properties and establishing their requirements
• Co-ordinating To Let boards to be displayed at properties and window adverts
• Supporting the viewing of properties by potential tenants and assisting with progressing rental deals
• Responding to potential tenants who make telephone or website enquiries
• Promoting Company and properties available utilising a variety of social media
