A prestigious local Company need a Lettings Negotiator to join their team and help maintain their reputation of being the best in the area.

Some of your duties will include:

• - Co-ordinating the letting of top end apartments and houses in and around the Harrow area
• - Proactively tailoring approach to best suit the needs of both Landlords and tenants
• - Liaising extensively with Landlords in relation to valuations, the market and property presentation
• - Co-ordinating digital and telephone marketing campaigns to promote new properties on the market
• - Liaising with potential tenants establishing their requirements, advising market and making property recommendations
• - Organising property viewings and negotiating rental terms between tenants and Landlords
