Legal Secretary - Will & Probate
Description
This is brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary with Probate experience to support a team of dynamic Solicitors in a very established local firm, you will be required to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support and assist the team with their day to day tasks.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for three Partners specialising in wills and probate
- Typing a wide range of legal documentation as well as complex wills for clients
- Managing busy diary schedules, co-ordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries from clients, other Solicitors and Lenders
- Opening files for new clients, updating details as cases progress and archiving completed case notes
- Monitoring the billing process, recording time used by the team and raising client invoices
