A Partner of this innovative local firm of Solicitors require the organisational skills of a hardworking Legal Secretary who is seeking a new challenge in the workplace and wants a role where every day will be different.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support to Partner in the busy practice
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including general correspondence and conveyancing paperwork
  • - Managing a busy diary schedule, co-ordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork
  • - Fielding incoming telephone calls and emails from clients and dealing with general enquiries
  • - Opening files for new clients, updating cases as they progress and archiving completed case files
  • - Managing incoming and outgoing post, filing photocopying and sending emails
