A rare opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a really professional well established local firm Solicitors. The role is best suited to someone with a friendly and caring disposition and the ability to work well in a team.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Working as part of the post completion team in the Conveyancing Department
- - Opening new client files and obtaining all necessary documentation including proof of clients identification
- - Applying for searches online, printing and placing on file when received
- - Preparing for completion, recording monies in/ out and redemption figures
- - Producing completion packs ie account details, agent fees, bankruptcy and searches
- - Liaising with mortgage Companies in order to co-ordinate the transfer effectively and efficiently
