A very established local organisation are currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Administrator to join their hardworking and ambitious team.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing extensive support with the inventory function and supporting the Inventory Manager
  • - Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email, placing orders and agreeing delivery schedules
  • - Maintaining an accurate record of purchases, price changes and supplier lead time on computer system
  • - Monitoring sales levels in order to produce an accurate forecast of future stock requirements
  • - Monitoring stock levels and ensuring there is an adequate stock available to meet sales order requirements
  • - Maintaining computerised record of suppliers, product costs and delivery schedules
