This local Company has a fantastic reputation for providing a very unique service! They are currently seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join their happy team.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Managing the HR Department and supervising, training and motivating a team of Personnel Assistants
  • - Maintaining and updating all personnel policies and procedures in line with EU employment law
  • - Managing employee pension, life assurance, medical insurance and staff benefit schemes
  • - Assisting line Managers with annual staff appraisals and managing staff relation issues
  • - Completing staff development plans, co-ordinating training requirements and sourcing training providers
  • - Ensuring best practice in performance management is applied by line Managers
