If you want a responsible HR and Payroll Officer position then this role will be an excellent opportunity for you to move your career forward in.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Reporting to the Finance Director and managing the HR and payroll function
  • - Processing new employees paperwork – contracts, induction packs and handbooks etc
  • - Creating employee files and recording details of holidays, sickness and absences
  • - Assisting with the recruitment process, advertising vacancies and obtaining employees references
  • - Collating employee weekly and monthly timesheets and processing staff payroll
  • - Dealing with any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved
