If you are an ambitious Human Resources Administrator then this position, which is stand alone, will really suit you. Excellent prospects available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the day to day HR administration and compliance process
- Advertising vacancies available, sifting CV’s and arranging interviews
- Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointments
- Maintaining staff record and recording holiday, sickness and general absences
- Completing compliance checks, right to work in the UK checks and reference checks
- Producing contracts of employment and administering induction training
