If you have strong administration skills and a desire to work in a HR environment then this role for an HR Assistant is perfect for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Reporting to the HR Manager and providing a high quality HR administration services
  • Maintaining HR records and recording information on all staff absences
  • Carrying out recruitment checks for successful candidates and recording on employer file
  • Inputting new joiners onto HR information system and setting up on payroll
  • Dealing with employee queries and providing information and guidance as needed
  • Supporting recruitment activities, arranging interviews and taking part in the interview process
